The Girls on the Run program is more than a running program! In addition to training the girls to run and encouraging an active lifestyle, Girls on the Run Manhattan uses a lesson plan (curriculum) that was developed by Girls on the Run International.

This season’s New Balance Girls on the Run 5K will start at 9:15 at Asphalt Green (555 E 90th St) on June 20th. All GOTRM participants should arrive at Asphalt Green no later than 8:30. We will also be celebrating the opening of Asphalt Green’s new track following the race. Mark your calendars and plan on joining the fun.
